For Kath's Challenge -- to make a card inspired by your favorite candy. Mine is a Hershe's bar or Hershey's kisses, so my inspiration came directly from there.
This was actually an easy card to make. I started by ebmossing the Paisley BG stamp w/Silver detail EP. Then, it was just a matter of stamping and cutting out the dragonflies. They are attached with dimensionals. I dyed the ribbon w/my Blush Blossom ink pad. Then, I took the saying from "All You Have Seen" stamp set and only stamped half of it. SO the saying says "All I have seen teaches me to trust the Creator". I layerd that on some silver cardstock and Close to Cocoa and added the silver cording. A little DTP in Chocolate Chip (very little) softened the edges of the Blush Blossom and embossed layers.

This card is totally awesome and I am proud to say that I am now the "owner" of this very card and it is hanging above my stamping table! I never would've thought about embossing the whole BG, and the effect is strikingly beautiful. Thank you so much for playing in my challenge ~ I hope you enjoyed it!

Oh Melinda, this is just stunning. As rich and sweet as that Hershey chocolate.
