For my dear cousin, who's actually my Dad's cousin (so, my cousin once removed? My 2nd cousin??); her mother passed away. My Dad's Aunt. My "Great" Aunt??? I can't remember how that lineage stuff plays out. She's my grandmother's baby sister, born just a few years before my father. They were more like cousins to each other, than Auntie & nephew, because they were so close in age.
She was a wonderful, wonderful lady, and this was a hard card to design, due to my closeness to my cousin (Dad's cousin, my 2nd cousin? Cousin once removed? She's only a few years older than me, and to whom I will always be grateful for introducing me to stamping 13+ years ago)

It is very appropriate, and you can see the love that went into it. I am sorry for your loss. It seems that sympathy cards are leading the lineup in my cards lately, and I know how one struggles to make exactly the right one. TFS.
