This is the cracked glass technique but done using Ranger's Crackle Accents medium.
Here are the differences between this medium and Versamark and UTEE:
1. The Versamark is not liquid, but the crackle medium is so when used with non-waterproof ink, the image will smear---as is the case with this card. Good for a watercolored effect...
2. As the crackle medium dries it automatically cracks. Easy peasy. The cracks are much more fine and detailed than with UTEE---guess that's a matter of choice.
3. The crackle medium is much less messier than Versamark and UTEE flying everywhere with the heat gun.
Both methods are great and yield different results---gotta love it!!

Love the watercolour effect with Ranger's Crackle Accents. I used it on a very detailed stamped image and it didn't look very nice. I guess it works best for not too detailed images.TFS
