My attempt at an elegant wedding card. There are a few strikes against me -- it's for a workshop and 1. all of my elegant stamps retired
2. i don't do elegant
3. i have limited SU accessories b/c i'm too poor to buy more....
Wha'cha think? Could I have some suggestions on how to make it better, please? Keep in mind...I don't have an hardware or anything like that. Ugh!
Thanks!!

Mel, I think the colors and layout are great! If I were to suggest anything, I would eliminate the sponging - that's where it loses some of its elegance, IMO. I don't know if you have Sage cardstock, but if you stamped the french script in blue bayou on sage cardstock, that would still give you both colors. Good luck! I'm sure you'll hit on something you like if you play with it a bit.

Its very pretty, Melinda. Personally, I'd do away with the sponging and the cracked glass. I tend to think of elegant as more simple, KWIM? I do really like your card though.
