Okay, I just have to brag! The people in this image are my husband's grandparents! I do design work for Art Declassified and they used this photo to make a stamp, isn't that the coolest????
And, yes, this is a STAMPED image, not a photograph. I just used black staz-on on Stampin' Up glossy cardstock. Pretty cool, eh?
No other special techniques. The background is just stamped with a script image.

Very cool, but I have to say at first I thought you were trying to make it look like a "twisted and demented" card. Didn't catch that those were lips for a few minutes! LOL
