I do believe even though IÂ’ve seen more brads on cards for this challenge that twelve is the most IÂ’ve ever used for a card.
*Polished stone was done for the background on semi glossy cardstock.
*The image is colored with my favorite – re inkers and artist brush…pretty good on the budget too!
*My brad mates are 1/16” punched and then I line up the ¼” over it.
*The half circle tabs are a ½” circle punch cut in half and glued down. The gold brads were colored with the alchohol inks.
*For the sentiment, I cut them off the image of Measure of Life and I stamp first then line up the punch over it.
*This card measures 6 1/16” X 4 5/8” to fit some freebie envelopes from a print shop for our charity work.
*This started out to be a one layer card for JulieÂ’s challenge, donÂ’t ask what happened! Well, ok so I messed up on the polished stone around the image and it had to be covered and this is what evolved. As I was layering from scrap paper the brad idea jumped into my head and thank goodness it was before I cut for a change!

Lovely! I like the minimal amount of color on the image.. It fits this card perfectly. Now for those brads.......Did you punch the black with a 1/4" so the white would show through or did you punch the 1/4" and mount then punch the brad through?

I can't believe you ever make a stamping mess or mistake. You sure know how to pull it off to its best advantage. This is a gorgeous card as are all your cards. Great Job. Your work inspires me.

Your polished stone is fantastic! I need a lesson on how to do such great ones as you do. Mine never turn out this good.
Love the brads and the circle tabs.
