This is my tent-topper card for Sketch Challenge #134.
I thought it might be neat to use a sea otter stamp I had, and create the ocean floor under it. So, I tried to create what I had in my mind.
The sea otter and baby is a stamp by PSX. I stamped it with Marvy Dye ink on HP Laser paper. I colored the image with Copic Markers. I popped the image with a pop dot.
The ocean floor is a scene I stamped using a set of various acrylic stamps by Inkadinkadoo. I used various dye inks to stamp the sea images. I then used a white paint pen to do some highlighting. I stippled the sand and the water with some dye inks. The sand is highlighted using a stamp by Stampendous, stamped with Vivid Taupe. The water is highlighted using a stamp by A Stamp in Hand with Brilliance Moonlight White ink. Faint sponging of some green dye ink on the water.
The kelp is simply some green fibers that I bought from Joann's about a year ago. I thought it looked rather kelp-y when I purchased it.
Thanks for looking, and thanks for another great sketch challenge.

I love it!!! Love the seascape you created - really lovely.... and it's about time I saw an otter card...since you call yourself Little Sea Otter! BTW - we have a border terrier ( not border collie!) and that sort of a terrier is always described as looking like an otter...so I love the otters too!
