This was inspired and CASED from Fairle B. Carroll. I have been unable to find the scalloped punches so I used her stamping101.blogspot.com to follow her directions for using a slit punch to make the scallop. What a phenomenal idea!!! AND she shared it with all of us. Thank Fairle.

Holy cow! Now, that is going to the mat! I love this idea, (altho I am too lazy to go to this trouble!) and you have lined it up so perfectly! Great idea and beautiful card. I really like the white ink on the color paper. Knock out!
