This was commissioned from a friend. This will be given to a gal who loves her bubbly and her nickname is Lady Lanson to reflect her choice of fizz.
I used a 12x12 piece of Doodlebug 'Cupcake Sprinkles' paper cut in half and then scored and folded at 2", 4", 6" and 8" to make the concertina card. The champagne bottles are Ellison die cuts - I cut the corks from actual cork sheet for a touch of authenticity! The champers bottles are mounted on scalloped circle punched shapes. I smooshed pink ink round the edges. Added silver dots with a gel pen.
The wording was made using the Sizzix Decorative Strip 'Skittle Dee Doo' alphabet die. Primas with crystal centres added to finish.

I love this card! I became a member so I could tell you! I clicked on a link to the gallery this afternoon from a scrapbooking website and this was the first card in the gallery. I was drawn to it, NOT only because it was PINK but I like the style. AND.... I'll be getting that champagne bottle die delivered on Tuesday!
I just wish I could see the inside since I've never made a card of this type and would like too!
