Hi, this is a very cute card but it is hard for me to see it close up. Is the bottle cap up (prongs up) or down? I have a very cute sample of one that I received at convention. The person stamped part of an image, cut it out and placed it in the cap. She then filled it with crystal effects. If you have seen the spot lighting technique, this is what she did. I was really bummed that she used a discontinued set as I would have loved to show this cool card to my customers. I have been saving bottle caps for a while and I would like to try some card and page ideas with them. TFS
This is soooo... cute. My husband makes his own beer and always has tons of new beer caps on hand. Quick question, did you use a 1 inch circle punch to get the correct sizing? I'm new to doing these and am excited to start but do not have a clue how!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Mea

I had made this one with the prongs up. I made some others with the prongs down but haven't finished them to post yet. I tried the circle punches to do this but even the 1" punch is too big to fit in. It covers up the prongs on the bottle caps. I especially like the colored bottle caps....I used a red one with the same heart stamp that I used on this card to make a small pin for valentine's day. I wear my tiles and pins on my coat to the school where I work and it has gotten me into now doing some demo stamping classes for 3rd and 5th grade kids and their teachers. It's so much fun to make up new pins & add to my coat and they kids love it too.
