LadyScrapper posted a thread for prayer and RAKs for a 15 year old boy who had a heart attack. He has already lived through two (if I'm remembering correctly) heart transplants. He is in the hospital waiting for another heart transplant and not doing well. This was a difficult card to make as my son is 16. I tried to create a card that would give him and his family encouragement and to know that I am praying for them. I hope its not too sappy. I truly didn't know how to approach this task. I hope it brings this boy and his family comfort. Please keep this family in your prayers. Here is the address if you'd like to send a card:

Great card, and not too sappy at all - I think it sends a powerful and comforting message to a sick teen (I, too, have a 16 year old and can't even imagine what his mom is going through). Will add this family to my prayers and see if I can't also send a card. Thanks for the info and address - I hadn't seen Ladyscrapper's thread. Linda
