Since our trash went out yesterday I didn't have much to choose from. I had a few junk mail pieces and some ribbon lfrom my bouquet of flowers I got last week. The ovals are from a Bath and Bodyworks flyer and a JC Penney sale catalog. The 'BOUTIQUE' is from an Archiver's flyer. The white is just mailing envelopes with Pearl Ex brushed over them to give them a shine. When I saw the "BOUTIQUE" on the Archivers ad this card just started forming in my mind. I remembered my Stepping Style set had the "GOOD FRIENDS NEVER GO OUT OF STYLE" so that's what I used for the inside of the card.
I LOVE my Crop o Dial even more after doing this project. It made it SOOOOO much faster. I ran the envelope through my Xyron machine, then stamped the words, then punched them out, and stuck them on the patterned pieces. I then took half of the stack and used the 1/8" hole punch on the CoD to punch the key holes - repeated same with second set.
I then fanned several of the ovals out in my hand and stuck the eyelets in them. Holding them in one hand I used the CoD to secure the eyelets. I repeated this until they were all done. That entire process would used to have taken me a good thirty minutes to punch all the holes, then Silent Set the eyelets. Instead the entire time from starting to punch the patterned eyelets to the point I started mounting them to the card took 15 minutes and was much much easier. If you do not have a CoD you should get a Hobby Lobby coupon and GO BUY ONE!

I love the title. This is great! I love different papers you found! It is amazing that inspiration is all around us and we don't always see it. Great job.

This is unbelievable!!! I would LOVE to have this card sitting on my mantle -- and all from trash!! You could make a garbage bag look beautiful my dear....
Oh, and I adore my crop-o-dile too, so I'm already sold.
