Thanks for the cool sketch, Rox! When I saw this sketch I immediately thought of the square frame stamp I have from High Hopes, with the spring characters that fit inside. It was so easy to stamp then cut around the four squares to separate them. I drew dots around the edges with a yellow gel pen.
The critters are stamped on white cs, colored with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol, then cut out and mounted on pop dots.
I stamped the Showers of Flowers (also from High Hopes) on the green cs and embossed in white ep.
I used my Fiskar's shape cutter and template for the bottom edges of the green and pink panel.
I used a Fiskar's corner punch and threaded the ribbon through it on the tag. I drew the flower on the tag in black marker and colored with gel pen.
eliak did this awesome card, CC112 Challenge Think Pink by eliak at Splitcoaststampers and that's where I got my idea for tying the ribbon in knots like that. You must see her card, its so gorgeous.
TFL!
