We are making gatefold cards at our May card group and this is one of my example cards.
Paper panels glued to card and brads added as doorknobs so that the front of the card resembled a wardrobe. Dress and hat stamped and paper pieced. I wanted a handbag to hang over a doorknob - there are 2 bags in the stamp set but the handles are too intricate to cut out so I took the easy way out and used a QuicKutz die! The clothes hanger is also a QK die.
As I put this card together it occurred to me that it would be fun to place the clothes and accessories on the inside of the card instead of on the front. Just add a clothes rail and shelf made from some CS. So I've attached the dress and hat with repositionable glue dots so the group can see the card both ways and then everyone can make the version they prefer. I'll be taking my Stampendous 'His Shirt' stamp to the group so a masculine version will be available too.

I love the way you did this! I KNEW I should have gotten the Ellison ThinCuts "Little Black Dress" die! Now, I'll have to figure out something else! I do have a purse, and other clothing dies so I have plenty to work with. I just love the hanger holding the dress over the door!
