OK, well, I saw this card yesterday for SC120 by Michelle, aka, flaxychick, and had to figure out how to put my eyes back into their sockets and how to put my jaw back in place... anyway, needless to say, her card totally blew me away and I was so inspired I wanted to copy, if nothing else, the color scheme, which I loved so much. So I kept her card up on my screen while I played around with a different set of stamps, but basically its a CASE. Go gawk at hers here: All Aboard Noah's Ark! by #1artist4highhopes at Splitcoaststampers
I don't have such gorgeous designer papers as she uses, so I "faked it" by making my own with stamps and doodles.
I used Prismacolor pencils and sometimes Tombow pens to color everything.
I love my metal embellishments so I was happy to find a use for them in the challenge for today, WT109. Thanks Julia, Shel and Trudee for giving us this fun challenge! I finally found a place for these metal photo corners that I had been hoarding like forever.
The flower center is also a metal brad, and there are two round brads, bottom left corner.
You might not notice from the photo, but the water is all sparkly as I put a coat of Acrylic Glitter Glaze on top.
Again a great sketch to work with, thanks Rox!
All stamps used are High Hopes Stamps.
