Card base is Tempting Turquoise. Layer is Brilliant Blue - same for the tag. I inked Word by Word with Brilliant Blue using my brayer, then laid a piece of scratch paper over top and brayered the ink onto the Whisper White cardstock. Then I inked up the daisy from Petal Prints in turquoise and rolled it in Green Galore. Stamped off once and put the 2nd and 3rd generation images on the cardstock - well, except for the one in the lower right corner! Then I did the same technique with the small flower from Roses in Winter.
A while ago, I'd made a mask for this background using a window sheet. I placed the mask over top of the paper and sponged Yo-Yo Yellow over the words.
The tag was inked with markers and the ribbon was attached through the hole before fraying it. The "knot" is held in place with a glue dot. The tag is also popped up with dimensionals.
