I used these Valentine mini purses for my teachers at school. The original idea I saw demonstrated was for the Hershey nuggets. I have the punch, but no SU Valentine sets excluding hearts here and there. So, I had to come up with some other way to decorate the outside. Except for the janitors, my teachers on staff are all women, but since I gave them chocolate in these holders, they didn't seem to mind I used the square & tag punches for trimming the letters. Inside each of these I either put a mini Butterfinger bar, mini Baby Ruth, mini Nestle Crunch, or a roll of sweet tarts. There were exact measurements, but each of the candy was a different size. To get the length of the paper, I just measured whatever candy I planned on using. Next, I simply placed a piece of candy on the card stock and creased two edges. Of course the mini Crunch was the candy bar with the smallest width. After the two sides were creased (width), I determined how large I wanted the height of each of the sides to be & decorated from there. I hope you enjoyed looking :P RDT
