This is a card that I did for a monthly swap -- this month was on techniques. I chose to do the flower transparency which was in the technique forum as TLC 69. I somewhat CASED the card from
Julia S -- It is a dirty dozen card so if you can't see it that is why. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I changed the colors, designer paper, size of card, and used the Friend from Lexicon of Love on the background of the white (you can't see it in the scan) -- it was done in sahara sand. I also stamped the flowers in various generations onto the white with tempting turquoise and cameo coral. This was soo easy to do and fun. It's something different.

Oops, I forgot to say that the designer paper that I used was Dots and Dashes. To do this technique, you stamp the image (must be an open image) on the acetate with stazon -- run it through the xyron stamped side down. I then just cut around the image (did not cut it out yet) and put it on the designer paper. You then soak it for a second or two in a bowl of water until it is soaked through and rub off the white backing -- be careful because I discovered that you can rub too much off. Let dry and then cut out your image. You can then put it on your card. It is soo easy and was really fun to do.
