I love using watercolor paper. I also love this seahorse in my fishy friends set but I hardly ever use him. So I decided to pull him out and use him for the Ways to Use it Challenge 96 - use watercolor paper.
I love painting with a brush and pulling ink from my stamp pads. That is how I did all this paining. I also sponged around the bubble section in turquoise and around the main image with some close to cocoa - it just didn't look finished until I had done that.
I even used some of my hardware .... took all my wil power to pull it out and actually use it (I tend to be a bit of a hoarder... ) A little twill and voila!

Gorgeous! Love that seahorse!! Nice job adding the hardware - it really looks great. I just bought some watercolour paper to try the inking/misting/stamping technique. I'll post if it turns out nicely!

You did such a neat layout with the layers around the seahorse plus the seaweed, bubbles, and sand in the immediate background. The shading on the seahorse is very nice also.
