I love making cards and I love taking pictures. I've been taking lots of pictures of flowers with the intentions of "some day" using them on my cards by making my own backgrounds and images and so on. Seeing all the cards for this sketch challenge finally inspired me to give it a try, making this the first one ever (woo hoo!).
Sooo, the background on the circle is a picture I took of a field of clover and I lightened it on the computer. The single flower is just a picture I took of a single clover. Both are printed out on whisper white card stock. And inspiration struck just in time because this one will go out in the mail soon for my Mom's birthday on Sunday! TFL!

Love this! Like you, I take dozens of flower photos every year, but really don't have a particular use for them. I have made some cards in the past using my photos, but I really like the way you've used this sketch idea for your card.

This is beautiful! I also love taking pics of the state park. I took some pictures of my friends house just after it snowed a lot. I then adjusted it with soft glow twice with the adaptive lighting feature. And for Christmas I blew them into 8 1/2 x 11 for her. I think your photos work very well with your card and your mom is going to love it! TFS
