This is a sympathy card for the wife of my great-grandfathers cousin who passed away just after Christmas. It's always sad when a loved one dies, but it seems even sadder to me when it is one who has been around so long and knows so much about all of the branches of our family tree. This thought helped me chose the stamp for the card.
I haven't written anything inside yet, but am thinking of something to do with memories...

I am sorry for your loss. This is an especially hard time of year to lose someone. Your card is beautiful and the tree connection is very thoughtful. This card would make anyone a little happier.

I am sorry for your loss. Unfortunately I also have a sympathy card to make tomorrow, so yours caught my eye right away. It's a beautiful card with a perfect image. I like your soft coloring.

I too have a sympathy card to make tomorrow and this is such a serene and lovely choice for one. I'm sorry for your loss. I hope that he wrote down or somehow recorded the treasured information that he held. That way he and the memories will live on. God Bless.
