This is an adorable tear bear I used for a Valentine's card last year. Sorry, I don't have a picture of the card though. These can be used with scrapbooking pages as well. I love to make them!

Thanks for the comments!
I just free hand the pieces on the back of a piece of mulberry paper. I had seen other templates but did not like them all that much. I first drew my own and then used that as a template. Anyway . .
Pencil on the back of your (heavy) mulberry paper (large tear drops for arms, small circles for feet, smaller circles for ears, bigger circle for head, and an egg shape for belly). I used water and a paint brush to wet my paper along the lines, then tear them (leaves that fuzzy look). The thin paper is not good for these so make sure you get the heavier kind.
Then you use chalks on the edges (darkens it even more if it is wet or wait until it dries) to add dimension. The eyes and nose can be either "penned in" as I did on this one or paper punches of ovals for the eyes and a heart or small triangle for the nose. I also use a pink ink or chalk for the cheeks and ears.
They are really very fun to make, and I never seem to do two the same. Just have fun and experiment with different ideas or faces, etc. I have some others I have made into scrapbook pages, but don't have pictures of yet. I wil have to get them on here.
