I lost a very special person in my life this past week.
I made this tin for my cousin's funeral to hold memory cards that family and friends wrote about him. I gave the tin holding all the memory cards to his mother to give to his three small children when they were old enough to appreciate the words of those who loved him. I wanted it to be somewhat manly so I made it in black with all the other colors as ribbons on top. He was one of the hockey coaches for his son and their colors were black, gold and white.

I'm so sorry for your loss. The tin is beautiful and is a very thoughtful gift.
