Personally, I like the ribbon. But if you choose to remove it, I vote yes on adding an eyelet - visually I think things look better in odd numbers.

Dawson, I put a double layer of felt in a leftover container and poured bleach on it--took a while to soak in, I used one of my Pampered Chef scrapers to 'squeegie' it around. You want the felt to be about the same wetness as a stamp pad or it will get all messy and you'll just have bleaced out blobs on your cs. Guess how I know!! ;)
