This is a second entry for Limited Supply Challenge 78 to use only ribbon as an embellishment. I made this little forest of trees to hang the mittens from Flaky Friends. I wanted each mitten to be one to be a pair so I traced a mitten backwards five times and painted and cut out to create the pairs. I used the Loads of Love tree to accompany the star tree to create the forest. sponged more mustard around the trees to create light around the trees. I used the seeds stamp from Petal Pushers and white craft ink to create the falling snow. I sponged the ground with white craft and sort of messed it up so I made the snowy ground with whisper white cardstock and ran it through the crimper. I cut a piece of gingham ribbon in half to make it thin enough to make the little bows for the trees and and the clothes line for the mittens to hang from I used glue dots to attach the ribbon and mittens.
