I used an embossing stylus to push out the rose while it was still damp, then put a bit of cotton ball behind it to keep the dimension.
I got the idea for the background from 88 Keys. It's stamped in about four colors using the cut bottom of a bunch of Romaine lettuce! It gives a great texture. Thanks, Deb!

Your rose is beautiful, as is the whole card. I love that background and said 'shucks, I just put 3 romaine stumps down the disposal just 20 minutes ago'. I knew I should have been stamping instead of the home and hearth thing!
