This is my first try at my sons birthday invitations. I think they are a little boring. I want to do a little more but I don't want to overdo it. Any suggestions are welcome.

I don't think they are boring at all! I love the color blocks. Are those stamps or stickers? If you want more...maybe just Itty bitty backgound in your three major colors to the background to go with the "gravel" look at the bottom...don't know just a thought

I think it's adorable! I love the happy colors. How old is your son? Mine is 16 and I miss the early years when he would have loved this! He's a great kid ,but 6 was sooooooo much easier. Good luck and Happy Birthday to your little guy!

I think it's perfect like it is - it caught my eye right away! Very bright and colorful - great for kids! I would like to know as well - are those stamps? Where'd you find them?

Thanks for all the input ladies! They are stamps that I got on ebay. I got seriously ripped off on them so if you go searching for them let me tell you that there is a pack of 50 that goes for about $10. It's a long story, but just know that they should NOT cost $3 per stamp and if the seller describes them as "wood mounted rubber stamps" they are not- they are play stamps that she has superglued to particle board. Anyway- they served their purpose! I've sworn off ebay!
