I used the criss-cross tutorial as it had been on my mind since my recent pocket card WTUI challenge. I made the insert a tiny bit wider so that I could fit both my sentiment and the chicken.

The bright colors on your card caught my eye, and when I got a closer look all of the details you added really stood out! It is very lovely the way you used the peach color elements to mimic the criss cross and draw the eye to this design. Thanks for sharing!

Ah, I remember this criss cross card - it's been a while since I made one. Might have to revisit it soon. You did a great job creating this special card for Jen. I especially like the peek a boo image on the pull out card. A+

Great card shape, Sabrina, and that chicken is soooo cute hiding in the tall grass. Very sweet and very cool card for Jen. She is going to love it. Hugz

What a fabulous, fun card! Great take on the tutorial! Love the pull-out panel with the Emily Dickinson quote, paired with the cute chicken image!
