I am finally posting this card. I started out painting hearts per the challenge, but on a larger piece of watercolor paper. When I figured I couldn't improve it any further, I cut it into card sized panels to create this card. When I create an interesting background like this I try to minimize placing anything on top of it. So I opted for an open heart and diecut sentiment.

Edit: Forgot to say that I was trying to go from red to purple to blue for my color gradiant, which may not have been a good choice.

Oh, I am so glad you got this card posted. I love your negative heart background and it was a good idea to have that pretty open heart on top. Love the silver for the heart and sentiment. Gorgeous card.
