My card for Annie is in honor of Hello Dolly play which was one of my favorite plays.
The vintage lady is from Bailmac (Pam Stang) some time ago. I colored her in with my alcohol markers and dry brushed some areas,, her dress and face and edge of picture.
I have an embossing folder that embosses the center and one edge only, that is what I used for the blue bg.
for the die cut I used a black cutout of the same word in gold to create a shadow.

WOW this is fab...such a wonderful design celebrating Hello Dolly (also reminds me of My Fair Lady). I really like that die cut frame and how you put the gold hello in the corner.

I thought of that play but had no clue how to bring it to a card. But you, my friend, did it with style. This is gorgeous. Love the image but your coloring and framing really bring the elegance. Fabulous card.

This made me think of Aurey Hepburn in "My Fair Lady" . . . There are so many wonderful old movies out there where women were "classy"! The dry embossing on your bg paper adds a nice touch.

wonderful. I have some vintage photos, that were done in black and white and then in the 40's and 50's the photographers added a touch of color, especially to cheeks - this reminds me of those photos. This card is fantastic...

What a fabulous vintage image! I love how you've colored her! Great frame, too!
