I created this journal page for MMJ 2024 February challenge by Dagmar. Here are the prompts:
Use 3 or more of the following prompts:
* circles
* torn paper
* Ticket or tag
* Butterflies
* At least 4 Colors
* Napkin
Technique: Stenciling with different mediums
(Gesso, Matte medium, Acrylic paint, Versamark, etc)
I coated my paper with Gesso, then added the napkin with the bunny and flower at the bottom. I used a stencil to add a thick coat of Gesso to the upper left part of the page. I, also, used a circle stencil, brushes and inks to add dots and color to the page. I cut out a variety of butterflies and used brushes and inks to add color to them. I added dotted lines using a Micron pen for the butterfly flights, antennas and bodies. I added the round tag to indicate the MMJ challenge. til

Gracie, You know I'm a big fan of butterflies and I love how you did the trail of lines between them. Beautiful napkin you chose. Thanks for playing in the MMJ Challenges. Happy day
