I chose Denmark as my location. We visited Copenhagen in 2016 and my main memory (apart from seeing the Royal Palace and little mermaid statue) was of the brightly coloured houses along the canal. We did take a canal tour and sat at one of the cafes watching the boats glide by.
I tried to depict an image and stamped the wonky houses in different colours and then the wonky fence.I stencilled the water and sponged TH distress inks on the sky and water.
I added the crown as on 14th January we will have an Aussie become Queen of Denmark (Princess Mary). Dreams do come true.
