The bg (I think) was rainbow ink applied to an acrylic block, spritzed and stamped on to glossy white cardstock.
I stamped an ancient (1999) PSX image onto ivory cardstock, embossed with gold glory and added a bit of color with Arteza markers. Fussy cut the image and mounted onto my pastel bg and framed with more gold.
Hand lettered the greeting with a metallic gold gel pen.

Love this charming tea time stamp, Linda. I found gold glory ep at a thrift store many years ago and it still works. Love that ep. Wonderful framing in the gold foil! The way you did that background looks awesome! Faved!
