Phew, I have been away from card making for 6 weeks! I had company in late Aug and so had to pack up the crafting supplies to make room in my guest room and then we were traveling in Peru in Sept. I finally got my craft supplies unpacked, reorganized and ready for action.
I really like the rich fall colors that Chris selected for this week's CC. I combined that challenge with the faux water color TLC. I kept my image simple and used the stamparatus to position the two stamps for this image. Started with the lighter wheat tone and then added the darker brown and blue colors. Used WC markers for some speckles to soften the white CS. Also added some wink of stellar for a bit of shimmer to balance the shimmery teal BG panel. TFL

Very pretty! It really does look like a watercolored image, and I love the colors you chose overall! The speckles really do add a lot, a great idea to tie the white into both the image and the framing. Love it!
