This is for FS863 and Sue aka suespms is our featured artist this week. Congratulations, Sue. I had lots of fun browsing through your gallery and seeing so many familiar Stampin' Up! images. I finally settled on Grassy Grove by suespms at Splitcoaststampers. I kept the deer and tree theme but changed the season to winter. I changed the color combination to a pretty soft aqua, used pine trees to replace the forest background and also used a soft designer paper background. My sitting deer replaced the standing deer and I used a frame to highlight my my scene.

Kittie, this scene is so peaceful and serene. Your colors and those fabulous die cuts combined so beautifully. I love your use of the dp for the bg layer. Adds to the interest and beauty. I think your soft aqua is more than just pretty -- it is what makes this card soft and peaceful. Love the inking on the deer. Fabulous card.
