I created this card using a new witch stencil from Picket Fence Studios, but struggled to find a background that suited it. After experimenting with many variations, I finally settled on this design. I colored the stencil with Carved Pumpkin Distress Ink and added Black Soot to certain areas. The autumn leaves were highlighted with Candied Apple. To finish the card, I incorporated some Halloween paper and ribbon. The sentiment was stamped in black and then heat embossed with orange powder. Unfortunately, I accidentally melted off most of the embossing powder with my overheated heat gun, which was something I didn't know could happen.
Thank you for looking.

Super card for the challenge and I like the sentiment. Sorry about the embossing powder.

I love the way you incorporated the orange of the challenge on
to your card. Adding the black really gives it dimension. I've over melted more than my share of EP. lt only takes a second. :-) Super Halloween card!
