I had some printed vellum, but it was printed with flowers, so I stamped the back with French Script. No adhesive paper, so I used a tape runner to attach the vellum to CS. colored with markers, sprayed with alcohol, cut flowers and leaves, and added to an embossed bg.
Inside it says,
"Sorry you're not feeling well. Dibs on your organs."

Ha! I think you'd need to know your recipient - but it's a great sentiment. One of our best friends was, at the time aged 72, the oldest lung transplant recipient here. Sadly his dementia has affected his recent years, but that lung is still going strong.
Great work improvising, beautiful floral dies. My first try, when the tutorial posted in the Inkling, was with a big butterfly print vellum. I'm sure you could have just left the flowers, but I'm always partial to French Script.
