Julie selected Vikki (aka vikkijo) as this week's Featured Stamper. Vikki has some wonderful creations in her lovely gallery so you should come check it out.
I was inspired by Vikki's Poem for Ronald which you can check out here:
I have been wanting to use this lovely stamp from DRS Designs with the Dogwood blossoms so Vikki's card was a wonderful inspiration. I kept her focus on the words, soft sponging and something on the sides, but changed the stamp, added flowers instead of notches, and stayed with a more monochrome color scheme.
Congrats, Vikki! I hope you enjoy seeing how you inspire others.

Nancy, this is a beautiful case of Nikki's card and the text is so inspirational. The shortbread ink sponging around the text highlights it perfectly. I love the flowers you added and the monochromatic color is so striking. Gorgeous!

Gorgeous not only in beauty but in inspiration! The design, the sponged edging, and the stickles are all superb. The flowers add another layer of perfection...
