This is my card for Teapot Tuesday. Our challenge is to add a decorative detail to the corners of our card. I tried to style this card like a page in a vintage photo album, the kind my grandmother had, with black pages and photo corners. The Bluenose was built in 1921 in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia and is featured on our dime (10 cents).
This card is staying close to home this week. Enjoy!

Fabulous card! Great sailboat stamp; love that you stamped it on cream paper, to give it a vintage look. Thank you for the backstory on the ship design! My Mom has some old photo albums like that, black pages and all the photos put in with those black photo corners.

Well you succeeded beautifully -- it does remind me of a page from on old photo album. I love how those corners kept the photos in place so you didn't have to glue them down. Gorgeous stamp and I love you inscribed the name and location -- just like an old photo album. Great card.

Wonderful image and nicely done adding the corner image holders. I did not realize until after I had taken pictures to add anything to the corners but it was more important for me to get a card out to Henry that had some of his favorites. You nailed it with your card and the image.

awesome card - simple yet extremely elegant. I too have a couple of boxes of those older photo corners, but I never remember to use them ! This card is just gorgeous...
