My card for the Teapot Tuesday challenge to add something from nature to the card. I quickly rolled these two cards off my assembly line. They are both made of bits, all ready to assemble. They will go to the numerous friends and family members who have been helping out these past 4 weeks of our adventure.
Hubby and I went on vacation to visit our kids in Montreal, then pop down to Boston for a bit. Our second day in Montreal I broke my leg, needing to have it elevated for the remaining time away from home. So, Boston got cancelled. In addition to that, we got a stomach bug and hubby was hospitalized for a large (his first ever) kidney stone. A blood clot and complications from the blood thinners rounded out the last month. Between the two of us, we have been in hospital five times in the past four weeks. We are on the mend now and are so fortunate to have caring people in our life who have done so much to help get us through this "adventure".

OMG Vicki you and your DH have been through the ringer literally! You sure seem to have a good attitude about it all. And you're still creating so that's a good thing. These are both lovely...I'm sure they'll be appreciated.

Wow! You & hubby have been through a lot. I'm glad to know you are on the mend. How wonderful you had people helping through your ordeal. Sorry your travel plans were interrupted. In spite of it all, you made some lovely cards. I especially like the tulips but both are sweet. TFS
