It's my week to be hostess in the Color Challenge again (where does the time go?!?!), and I've picked four colors from the Stampin' Up! Brights Collection, so put on your sunglasses! :-)
The colors are: Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo, Granny Apple Green, and Coastal Cabana. The dessert option this week is to use a punch or die-cut on your card.
I broke out this adorable set, which I've had for a while, but hadn't used. It has stamps for a variety of fruits, but today I stuck to watermelon and this fun greeting. For my background paper I used a 4-piece stencil set, Pattern Party Create-in-Quads. These stencils are so cool--They create a full sheet of hand-made DS paper in four different quadrants, four different designs, same colors. I now have three other/different pattern panels in my stash ready for quick cards.
These happy colors are sure to bring some cheer, so pull out your ink pads and cardstock, and make something bright and pretty! And share it with us in the gallery! We love to see your work!

This is some wonderful stencil work Barbara. I have to check out these stencils again. I like the card layout as well and the fruit looks yummy. Ah- watermelon in the summertime- can't wait for it to show up at the farmer's markets.
