My card for the first challenge. Avocardo always reminds me of my parents, when Advocado was the "in" colour for bathroom suites, Mum loved it with the gold taps!!

This is lovely, Jan. I like the embossing texture you added. When DH and I got married we were poor college kids and the wonderful person I worked for at the time, offered us her kitchen table which we gratefully accepted. It had avocado colored legs and a faux wood grain table top. We were thankful for her generosity. That is what I usually think of when I hear about the avocado appliances being in style. Of course, they were no longer in style when we had the table but I was thankful to have it! Back to the card, I like your butterflies and the accent paper you paired with that embossed background. Lovely!

Yep avocado green appliances, lol. We had a stove and fridge in our family kitchen! Wonderful tropical ef. that you used on this. Great card for both challenges!!
