I randomly painted blobs of color on my WC paper and set aside to dry. Once dry I spritzed with gold spray and let dry again . . . Well, sadly - I don't own any of those deeply embossed 3-D folders but thought I'd try this with and old Cuttlebug folder. I filled in all the bg with a black sharpie and it was looking pretty neat . . .Because these are 2 dimensional instead of 3, I probably should have skipped the step of swiping with versamark and adding gold EP at the end but it can't be UN-done so I added a Spellbinders die cut sentiment and mounted on a white card base.

Oh, but it's gorgeous, Linda. And one of my favourite embossing folders, too. I did try with a regular one too in case some people didn't have 3D ones, and I thought it was just as effective. And to be honest, I totally forgot about the gold at the end and thought it was just meant to be the shimmer from the spray. I think this is beautiful.

You got some really great vibrant colors going in your cards this week. I love how this looks with that ef. I don't think the 2D was a factor was the gold EP -- I had the same problem with that the my first time around, so I have been really light handed afterwards. But I think yours looks great so no need to hit "undo". Love the bright white die cut sentiment. Really stands out against the black panel. Wonderful card.

Amazing Linda. Wow the black colouring must have taken ages but the result is spectacular. Your colours are so vivid. Happy day
