I finally finished my card for last week's Tea Party! All that drying time for the faux tiles really messed with me. Last week we made patriotic cards in honor of Army veteran, Ron, who is taking an honor flight to Washington DC. I've combined that challenge with three others:
MAR23VSNN - 7 layers - I might have gotten that many. There are a lot here.
WT944 - tiles. I love a good faux anything technique. This was a tough one though.
MIX527 - no stamp pad allowed. OK. I may have cheated by using a digi and computer generated sentiment (that's Raleigh font - I made it out of my Raleigh's handwriting). But I used markers to ink up my flag stamp and I like the way the colors ended up kind of distressed when I added the Crystal Glaze.

It always bugs me when Glossy Accents makes colour run, but I have to say that here the effect is just perfect! I love both your tiled background and cute image.
