It is the end of the month so the teapotters are sending cards to each other. Vicky is our hostess and wanted to see black and white cards with a pop of red. Just stamped in black ink and embossed in clear ep. Used my Stampin Write marker to color the flowers in the basket and could not resist coloring the bicycle seat, lol. There was also extra cookies for fitting a penguin in but he is sunbathing out back, lol.

Beautiful black and white front door scene (love that stamp!) and the bicycle with red basket and seat add just the right touch of color to complement the design. The wonky stitching, sentiment and the very thin black frame complete it perfectly!!

What a welcoming scene. Love your little bits of red on the seat and basket contents. I don't see your sunbathing penguin but maybe you can sneak some cookies out back. Thanks for playing along this week.

Love this scene in black and white, and the pop of red on the bicycle is the perfect touch.

My urge on these scene stamps it to always totally color them but WOW it is so gorgeous in the black & white with just those 2 tiny pops of red! (a whole lot quicker and easier to make, too!) Gorgeous card.

Love the Whimsy stitched edging ... I always forget to use that cute die! Shirl, your scene looks so sharp in black and white with just the flowers and bike seat in red!! I think I see your penguin peeking around the corner of the house! LOL

LOL at the penguin out sunbathing. I'm not good at leaving images uncoloured, but this is so effective with the pop of red, and I'm sure the cleat embossing adds even more class to it.
