Anna, thank you for hosting this fun challenge to use pastel colors and include spring flowers.
I used 3 small stamps to create my patterned paper panel. For the square panel, I sponged blue ink and then splattered water before die cutting. I stamped the gingham circle and the sentiment before die cutting with the scalloped circle die. The blue shape above the stitched square is a Something Fancy die cut. The leaves are a portion of a wreath die cut. The bird is formed from various papers in my stash. Some parts are from water colored papers, some from colored cardstock and some from dsp. After assembling, I used Wink of Stella on the wings and tail feathers.

I always admire your background stamping and this one is particularly sweet with those little birds flitting around. So many interesting details on this. Wonderful colors too and your little bird pops nicely on those branches.
