For the alpha challenge, I recycled some pieces from an old puzzle. I brushed a light coating of gesso over them to give them more of a matte finish.
For MMJ323, I used the following prompts: a butterfly, a crochet lace piece, a grid on the flower planter as well as on the music, the color blue, and gesso for texture.
I added a Bible verse for the sentiment.
To make the background, I glued torn pieces of old music and book pages to cover the background. I scribbled some blue gelato down the left side and brushed over it with gesso.

Love this card and how perfect to include scripture. When your life seems like a bunch of puzzle pieces that don't fit together, scripture can supply the instructions of how to put it back together.
