Welcome to today's TLC-half on-half off. The basics are stamping an image on the cardbase, then stamping the same image on another panel but only part of that image, then lining them up. I've had this Michael Strong stamp for a while without using it. This was a little tricky because it was a difficult to line up. i made it work. I painted the hand with metallic watercolors and also splattered. Finally drew a wonky border. I hope you have fun with this TLC!

How imaginative. The gold and rich colours look fab on the black background.
I used a stamping platform for my lining up: trimmed the upper panel, positioned on the lower panel with removable tape, stamped, removed the upper panel and stamped again with the base layer still in place.
