Karen has some fun and playful colors for us this week and dessert gives us the chance to add a 4th color. I thought of the Taco Fiesta set with the colors she chose (Orchid Oasis, Parakeet Party and Soft Saffron) and all it really needed was a red and I decided on Poppy Parade.
I originally was thinking this would be a CAS, maybe even a one layer card but, alas, it didn't quite work out that way. I had lots of fun with the taco pieces though, coloring and cutting out way more than I needed. Stay tuned...
I hope you join us and play a little!

this is so cute Chris. I love your fiesta themed images, and these were the perfect colors for them. I like your background avocado stamping- at first I thought it was designer paper- great overall card design

Love it! So cute. I have not had a chance to use this set yet. Love how you used it here. The coloring of the images, stamped avocado background, the blue shading, and the fussy cutting are terrific. Wonderful use of the challenge colors; the red was the perfect color to add in for your theme. Muy buena. Very good!

Well of course you had to add RED! What would a fiesta be without RED??!

After seeing this masterpiece, I'm so glad you didn't go for CAS. I love all the incredible details, from the background paper with just an outline to the detailed coloring and die cutting, to the artful arrangement of the elements! Wow, i love this card!
