And now for something simple!
(I know, right! but I love this technique so much)
This is one of the quickest cards ever!
Literally, all i did was apply the two colours of inks onto my border acrylic block, mist with water (heavily) and stamp it onto the card to create the panel (it does help to use the hot pressed watercolour card for this as the ink more or less sits exactly where you want it without bleeding into the card)
Allow that to dry and then stamp over it with the slim strip stamp in unchartered mariner (I love these too - great for tall slim cards)
I did use my stamping platform for this in case I needed to go back on with more ink - I didn't, but better to be sure)
I stamped an extra slim strip stamp and fussy cut out a couple of butterflies, then watercoloured from the ink left on my block.
Sentiment also stamped with both colour inks.. and,.. as always, the edges glittered with my diamond dazzle glitter..
As someone who makes alot of heavily embellished cards, it's a lovely change to do something like this...
I did actually do it in anoter colourway too, but can't find the photo :-(
Hope you like it :-)
